The Intersections Forum: Art + Architecture is a three-day virtual gathering (March 10–12, 2026) created to bring artists, architects, designers, and creative thinkers into one shared conversation about how their disciplines overlap, influence one another, and shape the world we live in.
Produced by Studio Tour Magazine, the Forum is designed as a live extension of the magazine’s Art + Architecture issue—taking ideas from the page and turning them into dialogue.
What makes it different
• Cross-disciplinary by design
Instead of siloed talks, the Forum centers on intersections—where painting meets structure, light meets space, and storytelling meets the built environment.
• Conversation, not lectures
The program blends short talks, panels, and a workshop to encourage exchange between disciplines rather than one-way presentations.
• Accessible and global
Fully virtual, so students, professionals, and creatives anywhere can participate.
Who it’s for
• Artists, muralists, and illustrators
• Architects and preservation specialists
• Designers, lighting designers, photographers, and media artists
• Students, educators, collectors, and anyone interested in creative culture
What it explores
• How art influences architecture—emotion, rhythm, narrative
• How architecture shapes art—space, movement, light
• How creativity functions across studios, cities, and communities
In short, the Intersections Forum is a place where creative disciplines meet in the middle—to exchange ideas, challenge assumptions, and imagine new ways of building, seeing, and living.
